JDR Shoes Refund Policy

We offer credit card refunds for shoes that are purchased on line. If you are not satisfied with your item and need to return it and please note the following:

• Return must be made within 3 (three) weeks of receiving your order
• The shoes and shoebox must be in original “new” condition
• Worn merchandise is not eligible for refund
• Only the cost of the shoes will be refunded to your account, shipping costs are non-refundable
• Your credit card account will be credited immediately upon receipt of goods
